    Hi. I agree with the others. Get irregular periods sorted. Earlier better than later. I think the more informed you are about your body and its cycle, the better. GL sweet.

    Hi Cindy,

    It can take quite a few months after the pill to regulate your periods. If i were you I would start seeing an Acupuncturist. They help regulate your cycle and your hormones too.

    It took my DH and I 8 months to conceive our baby. (this is our first) Prior to TTC I had been off the pill for 6mths too. So it took some time for us to conceive and it was so frustrating and i started getting really worried.....
    I started seeing an Acupuncturist after 6mths of ttc (and 12mths off the pill by that stage) and 8 weeks later, was pregnant!!

    Good luck hun. It can take up to 12mths for a normal healthy couple to conceive too. Have sex as often as you feel like it but make sure it doesnt get to the point that it's stressing you out and the fun is taken out of it cos that will only stress your body out.
